Before you write, have these handy
None of this is required, it just helps a person answer your first message faster.
- Your restaurant name and the format you run (fine dining, fast casual, food truck, and so on).
- A link to your current site or menu, even a photo of a printed one, if you have it.
- The reservation, delivery or ordering platforms you already use, if any.
- The plan you are leaning towards, if you already know.
What happens after you write
A person reads it
Not a queue and not an autoresponder sequence. If your message needs someone specific, it gets forwarded rather than answered vaguely.
You get a reply within one working day
Business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent on a Saturday is answered on the Monday.
We offer a demo only if it helps
If your question can be answered in writing, we answer it in writing. Nobody is pushed onto a call to get a straight answer.
We work with independent restaurants across the United States, including Texas, California, Florida, New York, Illinois and Georgia. Everything runs on a call and through your client portal, so location is not a constraint.
Before you reach out
How fast do you reply?
Within one working day, usually sooner. A person reads every message; there is no ticket queue for a first enquiry.
What are your business hours?
9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours is picked up at the start of the next business day, which is also when any timer on a revision or a cancellation notice starts.
Can I call instead of emailing?
Book a demo for a live conversation, which gets you a screen share as well as an answer. For a quick question, email is faster because a person can answer it without scheduling anything.
What should I send with a first message?
Your restaurant name and format, a link to your current site or a photo of your menu, the reservation or ordering platforms you use, and the plan you are leaning towards if you already know. None of it is required; it just means the first reply answers your actual question.
Will I get a sales sequence if I write to you?
No. You get a reply from a person. If you would rather stop hearing from us at any point, the unsubscribe page takes one form and no login.
Do you work with restaurants outside the United States?
This site is written for independent restaurants in the United States, with US pricing, US messaging rules and US-shaped compliance pages. If you are elsewhere, write to us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
I am already a client. Where do I send a change?
Your client portal, which you get the day your site goes live. Revisions, support tickets, files and messages all live there, and email works too if that is quicker for you.
Can you look at my current site before we talk?
Yes, and it makes the conversation much more useful. Send the address and we will come to the call with specifics about the menu page, the location pages and the speed rather than a generic pitch.
