What the waived fee actually covers
The build fee is the work of making the site exist: the pages, the migration and the wiring. It is worth naming, because that is the part you are not being invoiced for.

Sections, dishes, prices, dietary marks and availability laid out to read on a phone at the door, not a PDF to download and pinch.
Hours and location pages
Every address with its own hours, directions and holiday closures.

What happens after you pay

Pay the first month by card
Secure checkout through Stripe starts the monthly plan and books your build slot. The build fee is not charged, now or later.
Fill in the onboarding form
Menu, hours, locations, brand, domain and where enquiries should land. About 15 minutes.
One onboarding call
We fill any gaps, agree the launch date, and tell you what is still missing.
We build it
Custom coded, 90+ PageSpeed checked on every build. You see it before anyone else does.
You approve, we launch
Live in 7 days on The Daily Menu. This is where the build fee would normally land on an invoice. It does not.
The onboarding form is the same one at /onboarding, and you can read it before you order if you want to see what we ask for.
What we need from you
- Your current menu, in whatever form it exists: a PDF, a photo of the board, a document.
- Your hours by day, plus any holiday closures you already know about.
- Every address you serve from, including a truck route or a second location.
- Whatever photos you have. A phone camera set is enough to launch with.
- Your reservation, waitlist, delivery and ordering links.
- Your domain, if you already own one. If not, one is included and registered in your name.
While the waiver is open

You pay the first monthly fee for the plan you choose by card when you order, and nothing else. The $647 build fee is not invoiced after launch and is not deferred.
The waiver covers plans started on or before December 31, 2026. There is no countdown clock on this page, because the date is the date.

The terms, before you order rather than after
Nothing here is buried. If one of these is a problem, it is better found now.
Revisions
5 a month, any size, completed within 2 to 5 working days. After the fifth, a flat $20 each. Unused revisions do not roll over.
Refunds
All sales are final. A duplicate or incorrect charge is corrected within 10 working days if you tell us within 30 days. Read the refund policy.
Cancelling
Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, inside business hours. No further invoice is raised and the site runs to the end of the month you paid for.

Questions people ask before ordering
Is the $647 build fee really waived, or deferred to later?
Waived. On a plan started while the waiver is open, the one-time build fee is not invoiced at all, not after launch and not later in the year. The monthly fee for the plan you choose is unchanged, and that is the only thing you pay. The waiver applies to new plans started on or before December 31, 2026.
What do I pay on the day I order?
The first monthly fee for the plan you choose, paid by card through Stripe when you order: $117 on The Daily Menu, $247 plus AI usage on The Full Menu, or $597 on The Tasting Menu. The plan then renews monthly on the same card. Nothing else. Hosting, SSL and one domain are inside that figure, and the build fee that would normally follow your approval is struck off.
How soon is my restaurant actually live?
7 days on The Daily Menu, 10 on The Full Menu while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on The Tasting Menu. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at the order, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the menu page is live.
What happens between my first payment and the launch date?
You fill in the onboarding form, which takes about 15 minutes and asks for your menu, hours, locations, brand, domain and where enquiries should land. We run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date. Then we build, you review, and we go live.
What do I have to send you before you can build?
Your current menu in any form, your hours including holiday closures, your address or addresses, whatever photos you already have, your reservation and ordering links, and your logo if you have one. If something is missing, order anyway and send it later. A missing photo does not hold up a build.
Can I change plan after I start?
Yes. Moving between The Daily Menu, The Full Menu and The Tasting Menu is a request through your client portal and takes effect from your next invoice. The build fee waiver applies to the build itself, so changing plan later does not bring it back.
What if I need changes after launch?
5 revisions a month are included on every plan, with no size limit on any one of them, completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it. After the fifth in a month, each further revision is a flat $20. There is no hourly billing anywhere.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. All sales are final, including monthly fees and extra revisions. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge from our billing, which we correct within 10 working days if you tell us within 30 days. Cancelling is separate and always available: email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date and no further invoice is raised.
