This page is for clients with a build fee due. It is a single $647 card payment for building your restaurant site. Nothing renews, and your monthly plan is billed separately.

Why there is a build fee
The monthly plan pays for running the site. The build fee pays for making it exist in the first place: the part of the work that happens once, before the first guest opens the menu page.
The menu page, built once
Sections, dishes, prices and dietary marks set out to read on a phone at the door, not a PDF to pinch and zoom.
Hours and locations
Every address with its own hours, directions and holiday closures.
Reservation and ordering links
Wired to the platforms you already use, placed next to the menu.
Migration and redirects
The pages worth keeping are rebuilt, and old addresses redirect so nothing you rank for goes dark.
Enquiry routing
Form and enquiry traffic routed to the CRM or inbox you use.

How paying works
Four steps, and the last one is that nothing else happens.

Pay on a secure Stripe page
Card details are entered on Stripe, never on this site. We never see or store your card number.
Receipt by email
Stripe emails a receipt straight away and we send a confirmation. That is the whole transaction.
Nothing recurring
A single payment. Your monthly plan is billed separately and is not changed by this one.
Questions about the build fee
Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single $647 payment for building the site. Nothing on this page renews. Your monthly plan is a separate subscription and is billed separately.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if we have told you a build fee is due, usually on an invoice after you approved the finished site. Plans started on or before December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived, so if your plan started inside that window there is nothing to pay here. Not sure? Email hello@getrestaurantwebsite.com before paying and we will check.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
The build is the same work whichever plan the site runs on: the pages, the menu, the migration and the wiring. What changes between The Daily Menu, The Full Menu and The Tasting Menu is what runs every month after launch, and that is priced in the monthly fee, not here.
Is paying by card here safe?
Yes. The button opens a checkout page hosted by Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your card details go to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touch this site or our team.
Can the build fee be refunded?
All sales are final, including the one-time build fee. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge from our billing, which we correct within 10 working days if you tell us within 30 days of the charge.
